How You, The Entrepreneur, Can Level Up Your Business in a Big Big Way
Most people approach their business using the worse weapon possible: fear. Fear of failure, fear of not getting sales, fear that employees will steal from you, fear of not getting a good deal on equipment or rentals, fear of the taxation laws.
So smart people actually counter this by education.

But one of the best ways to get success stories like these are from real people who live in your own town - your entrepreneur peers. Even better than reading about them in (say) Entrepreneur magazine, is that you're actually friends with them. Wouldn't that be more valuable?
Imagine meeting a group of people who's also in business, learning together about marketing, social media promotion, telling each other their plans, successes and failures and giving tips to each other.
You can ask more details about their projects, learn what books they actually read and even ask to help them in their projects - as well as they help in yours.
This is called a Mastermind meeting.

My Experience with Masterminds
I've been privileged to attend online Masterminds with foreign entrepreneurs and it's really a different feeling to be in a meeting with very succesful people talking about our own businesses and helping each other. To be honest, I was the only Pinoy there so I mostly listened to all these Caucasians. And galing nila mag English! There's even an international speaker in our group who would speak like a sales letter. Everything he said had the effect that you wanted to buy whatever he was selling! But he wasn't selling to us, he's helping us sell our stuff. Lots of things to learn from your peers, I realized.
I've also dug into the stuff I purchased through the years and found a recording of a mastermind done by marketing powerhouses: Gary Halbert, John Carlton, Mark Victor Hansen, Robert Allen, Brian Tracy plus their wives, their marketing vice presidents and actress Melanie Griffith plus 30+ other entrepreneurs. It was incredible the way they gave their answers to the challenge of the day : "How to pre-sell 1 million books 1 year before you print it." When like minded people come together, the effect is 1000x plus points on your business and mindset.

Your reality
But reality is, you can't pick up a mastermind from 7-11 or order it using your iPhone or Blackberry - and people do not just call you up to join their mastermind - if you had friends like that at all. Google is no help too.
What you hear about nowadays are business partners who cheat, lie, give up too easily too soon or think so narrow just to protect their assets.
Good friends who start a business separate bitterly over business differences.
I had friends who created a small business way back in college and boy, did they get into an extended argument about wages, work and share of income. One person said it was fair to be paid the % they arranged beforehand even though she didn't work as hard because she's the major (money) investor. The others wanted a different deal because they did most of the hard work but didn't invest any money. They're still good friends today, thanks to a common strong love for God and each other.
But can you say the same for you?
Who else would help you in your business plans if you had bad partners?
Would your employees really give you great marketing strategy input even if you're paying them? Or are they just there for the salary - which most people are.
The words "self-made success" and "self-made millionaire" are misconceptions. Nobody wins in business alone. There's always the team behind every big success. Nobody is "self -made". You still need lots of customers to buy from you.
The two-day I spent learning with Jomar was amazing! It's true, you will never learn those things in other workshops or internet books. And I never really imagined that there are such seminars/workshops.
I thought I would need to enroll myself again to school to have adequate knowledge and resources, just to "refresh", which will take maybe two years of my precious time I guess. I graduated a decade ago, by the way.
For stay-at-home-moms like me who wants to help their husbands earn a decent and unlimited income while at home, this is a great opportunity!

How You Can Overcome This Limitation
But you now know how you can overcome this limitation of the missing success team. You know the answer, right? It's the mastermind!

Yes but not now?
This is precisely the reason why I've already gathered entrepreneurs to join in my first Pinoy Inner Circle Mastermind here in Manila.
