A: Keep using the words people search for in your blog -- many many many times.

You do not however, repeat words indiscriminately. A healthy removal of most pronouns can help. For example:

Joyce Ann Burton is the voice over talent of Avenue 22. She is also the DJ of the radio station TheEdgeRadio.

We will have to change the above line to:

Joyce Ann Burton is the voice over talent of Avenue 22. Joyce Ann Burton is also the DJ of the radio station TheEdgeRadio.

See the difference ? Your english teacher will disapprove, I'm sure- but that's how it's done.

Q: Where do you scout for VAs?
A: http://www.freelancer.com, but remember get pinoys only. Ignore other country's VAs.

To actually start hiring VAs, just remember that you're just hiring an employee. No biggie.

Q: Can we pay using credit card?
A: Yes, just go to http://www.ultradust.com and locate the payment buttons. I use paypal to process the payment via credit card. You do not have to have a paypal account before hand. Just click on "continue checkout" when you're ready to pay.

Q: A blog should be thick, it is per topic or consists of different topics?
A: Normally, a blog should be full of (thick) articles about the same topics.

Q: Do people need to click on the ads for your blog to earn?
A: Yes and No. If you have ads from Adsense or Nuffnang, yes you do earn from ads getting clicked by people.

Also some advertisers pay if 1000 people view on your blog with ads.

Also, if you're selling something in your blog, then you don't need people to click anything. You do need for them to buy something from you.  

Q: How do you protect your intellectual property online?
A: By password protecting some of the content. But lots of my content are all over the internet - try digging in http://www.jomarhilario.com and you'll see a lot of tips there even some comprehensive guides, all for free. 

Q: How do you earn from online forums or clubs?
A: From forums, you can put advertisements in each page. Tell your webmaster or programmer to do this for you. Any view or click on these ads --you will earn.

From clubs: if you have an online club of likeminded people - for example people who love to eat raw meats -- you can sell them a raw meat buyers guide or an interview with a raw meat expert or a doctor or japanese chef. Sell an online group anything they'll be interested in and you'll earn.
