Here's a Q & A on earning online :

Sir Jomar,

Gusto ko na talagang kumita online.  Gusto ko ng shortcut.  I am selling mymother's homelot in the province to be used as seed money for this purpose.

Pwede na kaya ang P150k?  huling baraha ko na to...  Gusto ko ng mag start
payoff ng debts ko and clear my accountabilities.  Willing akong maghire ng
VAs. Kumbaga gusto maging contractor having VAs to supervise or manage...

Pls help me how to go about it...what training I have to undergo...I am
willing to pay and stay in Manila for a month or so just to fulfill it.

What I need is a clear picture where am I going... so that I can guarantee
to my source client whom I plan to offer my lot, about this online business
so that he will grant me the seed money I need.

I want to live a marvelous life soonest NA.

Looking forward to your sound reply.

P.S.  I am selling the lot @ 500K. but since may utang ako sa source client ko na around that amount also, I will huggle to him to give me cashback of 200k bale partial lang ibayad ko so that I can start new business as source of income.  At least lumiit yong utang ko sa kanya...

Answer :

Akala talaga ng marami you need Seed money for this. Actually you need SEED TIME for this.

Go get the downloadable VA SEMINAR (get the premium )

TAPOS ...hmm. That's a small amount to invest no?
Now INVEST TIME to go through it.
And do the assignment.

You cannot throw money at UNDERSTANDING anything.
You need to throw TIME first.

A month?
Papaano if you need more time to UNDERSTAND?
Eh di sacrifice?
Ask questions?
Both do not need money.
Just time.
And decision.

Welcome to 2013, where businesses are built on understanding and time.

P.S. Yup the best way to quickly remove stress, get back to enjoying
your family and your life - and earn from your pyjamas -is to first

Gusto Mong Kumita Online? Gusto Mo Ng Shortcut?

Like Danielle, Trish loves to travel.  Though she is just starting to fulfill that craving to see the world recently because of the various promo fares.  She’s been to Singapore and plans to explore more countries in the next years with hubby and family.  There is just something about travelling that entices her.

She used to work in the corporate world that is very stressful because of the pressure of reaching monthly quotas and passing audit.  She resigned because she wanted to take care of her two-month old son and not rely on a yaya.

She researched for ways to realize being a WAHM.  But it was not easy.  She has tried doing captcha and even pay-to-click (ptc).  She also tried MLM.  All failed.

She was offered a writing job and a transcription job.  She still attended the VA seminar wanting to know the right way to become a virtual assistant.  When she finally submitted her VA Blog, she is now one of my VAs.

What apps/software/tools can't you live without?
Google and Gdocs (I can access the files anywhere and anytime)
Picmonkey, PPT - for poster creation
Blogger (want to always have an online diary, though it is not updated, heheh)
Photobook - making digital photobooks to be printed out in Malaysia and sent to your doorstep in a week's time (para naman you have the hard copy of your pictures in a yearbook like format)

What's your workspace like?
Somewhat organized. Hubby and the kids sometimes put stuff on the table or get some things and do not put it back as I placed them. Hindi ko nalang iniintindi. Facing the wall with a whiteboard to constantly remind me of tasks. And my table is in the sala. Not my ideal workspace though - I want to have my own home office with white and green colors that has a window overlooking anything green scene - small garden, backyard - as long as there's a nature scene outside the window. Then all things are in their proper places from paper clips to books, etc.

What's your best time-saving trick?
Do the easy ones first before the difficult or heavy tasks.

What's your favorite to-do list manager?

My notepad - easy for me to do things when I get to write them down.  Yes, old school but it works for me.  I now have a small whiteboard to ensure that I write down everything.

Besides your phone and computer, what gadget can't you live without? My ever reliable point and shoot Canon SX something camera.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?
Baking homemade lasagna (now I want to bake peru kulang ingredients!)

What's your sleep routine like?
As much as possible by 930PM to 10PM up to the room with kids, change them in their pajamas and allow them to mellow down (that takes 30 minutes)... Family prayer then hugs and kisses before sleeping... This is the usual routine though times can vary especially when we go out to family gatherings or hubby and I go to community meetings or go out to dates (that means time can be later than 930-10PM) because kids refuse to sleep without us.

Fill in the blank. I'd love to see ______ answer these same questions.
My best friend - Mark Zuckerberg (heheh)

If you weren't doing your current gig,  what would have been your profession?

What's the best advice you've ever received?
You can only give what you have.

I have always dreamed about working and at the same time being a fulltime mom.  I found it here in being a virtual assistant.

What I love being a virtual assistant is not worrying about waking up early in the morning so as to get in the office on time.  And I want to savor my time waking up and watch the kids when it’s their turn to wake up.

As a work at home mom, I get to accompany my son to school everyday.  Of course I get to fetch him after usually with hubby (lunch break) and my younger son. I also am able to cook for my family.  That’s why my hubby complains that he cannot lose weight because I always cook.

At the end of the day, what matters really is how much you have shown your care to your kids and spouse.  Because as a mom, the best accomplishment is having a great relationship with the family.

How I Work Series: Meet My MasterChef-Virtual-Assistant, Trish Avellana

10/14/2013  3:15PM

Today, I have decided to join Jomar Hilario's OMC 3 Mentoring Club. I have been an attendee of sir Jomar's Free Webinar for more than 10 months now, but it never got to me although all the webinars did give me a few tips.

I have finally decided to join after wasting almost 5,000 pesos doing my own marketing for my online shops. I can HONESTLY say "I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING."

Yes, I have wasted that much. I know, I feel stupid, 6 months ago I admit I was very know-it-all thinking "I can make it work". But now after 6 months of battling between joining & not joining and wasting money on FB advertising. I have made up my mind, thinking that this MAN can honestly help me and I will get my money's worth.

I will do everything using his lessons to make my online shops earn as much money as it possibly can. I AM NOW WILLING TO LEARN because I AM DESPERATE TO EARN MONEY ONLINE with my mothers ongoing check up to monitor her BRAIN TUMOR and the huge debt I have with a lot of people. Who in turn was very considerate with regards to my payments to them.

Yes my mom's sickness is now giving me this drive to want to LEARN MORE & EARN MORE....

Yes it took me a long time to decide because I felt I wasn't ready then. NOW, I AM MORE THAN READY.

THANK YOU SIR JOMAR!!! I am so excited to be a part of your Club and am so much ready to learn and apply the things I will learn from you.

I Am Now Earning $600 Online...

Sir Jomar opened one of the greatest opportunities I ever had, exploring online jobs and working from home.

I am not a computer geek and I used to fear all these are scam, but his most simple and selfless way of teaching and sharing all his knowledge gave me the biggest job opportunity, I'm now earning an extra $600 as a sideline for almost three years now.
